The 2025 workshop will be held at the Sonesta Redondo Beach in Los Angeles, California.  Â
A link to book rooms with a special group rate will be provided during registration.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sonesta Redondo Beach at a discounted group rate of $195 per night for a standard room. A link to book a room as part of the group block will be provided when registration opens on January 9, 2025. Â
We encourage attendees to make hotel reservations right after receiving their registration confirmation as there will be a limited number of rooms available. Please also consider that room reservations must be made no later than Monday, February 24, 2025, to receive the group rate.
TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING INFORMATION
Transportation
- Airport – Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located approximately 10 miles (16 kilometers) from the venue and will be the most convenient option for attendees.
- Taxi & Ride-sharing services – Taxis and ridesharing services are readily available at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and provide a convenient and direct way to get to the Sonesta Redondo Beach. The estimated fare is around $35–45, depending on traffic and demand. Typical drive times from Los Angeles International Airport to the Sonesta Redondo Beach are 30 –45 minutes. Â

Parking
The hotel offers discounted self-parking rates for all workshop attendees including local attendees not staying at the hotel. On-site covered parking available: $26.00 for overnight self-parking, $12 for daily event parking. Â
