Discussion on new MF/FFRDC Terms and Conditions

The Infrastructure Support Branch will brief proposed changes to the Major Facility and FFRDC supplemental terms and conditions, which will go into effect in early 2024. We are interested in the community’s feedback on the implementation of these new terms.  Recipients receiving O&M awards in FY 2023 will have them included as award-specific terms in the interim, so a community discussion is welcomed.
