We encourage attendees to make hotel reservations right after receiving their registration confirmation, as a limited number of rooms are available. Please also consider that room reservations must be made no later than Monday, February 24, 2025, to receive the group rate.

- Airport – Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is located approximately 10 miles (16 kilometers) from the venue and will be the most convenient option for attendees.
- Taxi & Ride-sharing services – Taxi and ride-sharing services are readily available at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and provide a convenient and direct way to get to the Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina. The estimated fare is around $35 – $45, depending on traffic and demand. Typical drive times from Los Angeles International Airport to the Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina are 30 – 45 minutes. Â
