The 2024 workshop will be held at the historic Westward Look Wyndham in the foothills of Tucson, AZ. Located in the Sonoran Desert, it is a mile from Highway 77 and 1.6 miles from Tohono Chul Park.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westward Look Wyndham at a discounted group rate of $199 per night for a standard room.

- Airport – Tucson International Airport (TUS) is about 19 miles (30 kilometers) from the venue and will be the most convenient option for attendees.
- Taxi & Ride-sharing services – Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available at Tucson International Airport (TUS) and provide a convenient and direct way to get to the Wyndham Westward Look. The estimated fare is around $35-45, depending on traffic and demand. Typical drive time from Tucson International Airport to the Wyndham Westward Look is 30-35 minutes.
