Evolution of EVM and the Future

Earned Value Management (EVM) is a project management technique for measuring performance in an objective manner and providing early warning indicators of cost and schedule overruns and underruns. Wayne Abba shared the history of EVM including a “Tale of Two Aircraft” and gave a look into the future for performance management including enacted legislation.
