Should you be unable to attend the workshop, you must send an email to rioutreach@nsf.gov cancelling your registration no later than June 19, 2023 to receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. No full or partial refund requests will be granted after that date. If an in-person attendee tests positive for COVID-19 immediately before travel to Washington DC or during the workshop dates, NSF will provide virtual access and credit the cost of their registration toward attendance at the 2024 Research Infrastructure Workshop. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.  

NSF regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague within the same institution at any time without penalty. Transfer requests should be directed to rioutreach@nsf.gov.
