Project Management Lessons Learned during the RCRV Project

In the last 10 years, the RCRV project has evolved from Conceptual Design into a fully functioning project. During this time, the project and NSF’s Large Facilities Office have matured together and have developed new systems and approaches as requirements have changed. This session will highlight several key lessons that OSU has learned and applied along the way. The session will be broken up by project functional areas including avoiding preliminary off-ramps, PEP management, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, contract management, NSF relations, home institute relations, and more.
