[Poster] NSF’s NOIRLab: Media Relations Metrics & Lessons Learned

The purpose of NOIRLab’s media relations is to establish a world-class NewsTeam and set a global standard for the way astronomical research is disseminated to all types of media.

The NewsTeam is responsible for all external news to local, national, and international media. The NewsTeam’s remit includes all telescopes and instruments in which NOIRLab is involved, including partner instruments and tenant telescopes.
