O&M Budget Execution: Developing and Reporting Against the Operational WBS

All NSF award recipients are required to submit proposals in the NSF 1030 format based on NSF’s award system for financial assistance. NSF’s new Major Facility and FFRDC terms and conditions will require periodic financial reporting by operational WBS for O&M awards. This session will be an open discussion on the advantages of periodic financial reporting by operational WBS, including how it improves management and oversight and ways to further reduce administrative burden under the new terms and conditions.
