Community of Practice Roundtable
The discussion helped develop a community of practice for sharing, documenting, and implementing lessons learned. Etienne Wenger, who coined the term in 1991, defines communities of practice as “groups of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly.” The discussion focused on how recipients and others have formed their own communities of practice and the best features of these communities.
